    Richard I read your letter, thank you for taking the time to research this issue and keep the community informed. Please clarify your statements regarding Curtner and Lincoln intersection being the true cause for congestion on the Lincoln core section of downtown Willow Glen. I believe that is a very misleading statement and assessment. Issues posed at that intersection are not the cause for congestion in the downtown core.
